Heating Instructions

Smoked Ham with
Stewed Apples and Leeks

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    2. Place ham and scalloped potatoes on the center rack in the oven. Do not remove the lid from the containers

    3. Set a timer for 35 minutes.

    4. When the timer goes off, check the meat and the potatoes to insure they are hot. If not cook and additional 5 minutes or until hot. Please note the container the meat and potatoes are in will be hot and may need a minute before opening.

    5. To plate use kitchen tongs or a spoon and place the ham left of center on the plate. Scoop up the stewed apples and fennel and place over the ham or next to it. You can put the scalloped potatoes next to the ham and stewed apples or on a separate plate.

Latkes with Sour Cream
& Applesauce

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    2. Place latkes on a sheet tray or pan and place on the center rack in the oven.

    3. Set timer for 10 minutes

    4. When timer goes off check to ensure the latkes are heated through, bake an additional 5 minutes or until hot if needed.

    5. Serve with included sour cream and apple sauce.

Braised Brisket with Mashed Potatoes & Asparagus

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Place braised beef on the center rack in the oven. Do not remove the lid from the container

    3. Set a timer for 20 minutes.

    4. Meanwhile remove the lid from the vegetables.

    5. When the timer goes off place vegetables in the oven.

    6. Reset the timer for another 15 minutes

    7. When the timer goes off, check the meat and the vegetables to insure they are hot. If not cook an additional 5 minuets or until hot. Please note the container the meat is in will be hot and may need a minute before opening.

    8. To plate use kitchen tongs or a spoon and place the potatoes left of center on a plate. Place the greens and mushrooms next to the potatoes. Place the beef to the right of the vegetables with the meat leaning into the vegetables. Drizzle sauce that’s in the pan the braised beef was cooked in on and around the braised beef.

    9. If desired this dish is great with some fresh cracked pepper.
